Wuxi Zhongliang hydropower station protect is the key energy projects of Chongqing city"eleven five" plan. The project which started in December2008, will be held in December2012for completion. The monitoring of Dam safety is throughout the construction, completion andacceptance as well as the normal operation of the process.This article first embarked on the general situation, the monitoring of major projects andthe equipment selection of the concrete face rockfilll dam project, and mainly describes themain instrument of using and installation in monitoring construction, such as steel beam typewellbore survey meter, the three measurements joint meter and anchor cable force measurementmeter etc. Second through analyzing and assessing the data which is gained from the monitoringby the instruments on the face rockfilll dam (including: deformation monitoring, monitoring ofseepage, stress monitoring, monitoring of the environment),on spillway, slope, water diversionand power generation systems, concrete panels etc, we decided whether the project issuccessfully. The data analysis methods are still comparing the using measured data with theinternational safety standards, the method cannot effectively determine that the measuredabnormal value is mistakenly measured values or not, but also did not have predictable function.For the deficiencies of the existing analytical methods, finally I applied the partial least squaresregression analysis to the dam safety monitoring in the Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd..The article research the partial least squares principle, advantages and feature in-depth,combined with partial least squares principle and in the beam concrete face rockfill damengineering characteristics. Based on the principle of partial least squares and the beam concreteface rockfilll dam engineering characteristics this article selected the942groups of data whichis measured by11osmometer embedded in the dam foundation to module and deeply analyzedfour aspects of the model which are the accuracy of the model, data reconstruction,factor toexplain the role of size and finding the specific point, and compare the models which are build by first800groups of data and942groups of data, practice has proved that the model not onlyovercomes the multiple correlation between the factor, well fits the measured osmotic pressurehead, but also has better predictability, at the same time makes accurate guidance for the nextstep of the dam safety monitoring and management. |
