With the rising number of diesel vehicles,Diesel vehicles to reduce harmful emissions and noise levels have become common around the world face an important topic.SCR with catalyst can not only effectively clean harmful exhaust, but also to control noise.Increasingly being used to the diesel vehicles,Worth to study and explore,how to effectively design analysis and structural optimization of the equipment.Diesel car installation space constraints and other factors,so how to effectively design and optimization of the device becomes very meaningful.This issue is raised in this background,relying on well-known domestic manufacturers—Wuxi Weifu to to carry out the numerical analysis and to test verification of the SCR with catalyst.Design and optimization of SCR with catalyst play a guiding role.First, the use of simulation software GT-Power for the analysis of the acoustic performance.Including the expansion of the type, resonance, catalytic units, their structure parameters of acoustic analysis.Based on the design requirements and performance metrics,proposed design process.To a certain type SCR with catalyst as an example,Using the SCR with catalyst design process and effect of muffler unit and optimizing the improvement of the original program.To how to arrange the internal muffler and catalytic unit of spatial location, proposed two optimization.Using GT-Power software for acoustic analysis and Fire software for analysis of flow field,Come to optimal plan.At last, rely on the relevant test standards and requirements, are designed for the acoustic and flow performance test.To acoustics, the best programme measurement of pressure loss,uniformity and acoustical test .To meet the requirements of relevant standards and the results compared with the theoretical result error small.Demonstrated feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization methods.
