At the same time the development of science and technology, power electronics components, continuously improve the performance and the price gradually declined, so widely used in electric power facilities as possible, the project will use silicon as a regulator of its components with traditional contactors in parallel, controlled by PIC16F877A microcontroller to complete the new soft-start function with no arc contactor.This paper will start with a soft non-contact device for arc analysis and design of the following areas:(1) And no arc soft starter contactor and the basic principles of organic combination of both.(2) The new contact with the hardware part of the design, including: SCR-driven circuit design, circuit design, zero-crossing sampling, the sampling circuit voltage circuit, the control system circuit design, LCD display and keyboard output circuit design.(3) The new contact with the hardware part of the design, including: SCR-driven circuit design, zero-crossing sampling circuit design, software development and program flow electricity, divided into: SCR driver, voltage and current sampling procedures and system control software (slope voltage start, current limit start-up and no arc starting mode selection). (4) The prototype debug and test results.Through the above section, the final will have to complete a man-machine interface, custom startup mode with soft-start function of the arc without contact with the design and production.The subject of the new contactor design is a simple, high reliability, superior performance solution. To increase the electrical contactor life, and can make the motor soft start to reduce power in the motor itself and the impact of other electrical equipment.
