| The topic studies the measurement and control of water temperature and wind speed in car engine radiator performance test, analyzes the status quo and development trend of domestic and foreign automobile radiator performance test. Consequently, propose a complex control (MRAC-PID) method based on model and adaptive control (MRAC) and PID control. The thesis main includes:1. After analyzing a variety of domestic and international testing program, modern detection technology and its drive ability, establish a monitoring and control of the object model and experimental program;2. Analyze the superiority or inferiority and applicability of traditional PID control, adaptive control and other control methods based on the overall test program as well as taking into account the robustness of the system. Finally, propose a complex control (MRAC-PID) method based on model and adaptive control (MRAC) and PID control and establish a model of method further;3. By simulation studies and repetition tests, the effect of control strategy and experimental control data are obtained. The results suggest that this method has high precision characteristics while ensuring the robustness, which means getting an ideal experimental means in control theorem study.According to the results, develop a testing control system of car engine radiator cooling performance measurement. And compared to the previous testing control system, this system can be more effective to detection and control the relevant performance parameters with some reference. |
