| As a kind of particular dangerous substance, the waste composite propellants must be safely and properly treated. Traditional treatment way destroyed by fire and explosion not be able to meet environment protection and resource utilizing. The method which recycles of compound from composite solid propellan as industrial materials has advantage of safety, no pollution.The extraction technology of ammonium perchlorate (AP) from composite solid propellant is studied using water as solvent. The effect factors on AP recovery rate are discussed. The optimum extraction conditions are obtained. Under the above conditions, the AP recovery rate can reach 87%. Extraction temperature and thickness of specimen are the main effect factors on AP recovery rate, while the rotation speed has no noticeable effect.In order to investigate the dynamic process of ammonium perchlorate leaching from composite solid propellant using water. Extraction process of ammonium perchlorate with water is analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope. Equilibrium separation factor and recovery ratio of ammonium perchlorate are compared at different temperature and specimen's thickness. Leaching ammonium perchlorate from composite propellants is internal diffusion process that controlled by diffusion of water and ammonium perchlorate in propellants. The AP with impurities were purified by crystallization. The AP purify can reach 99% by controlling optimum conditions. Heat of combustion and gas content after burning the dissolve residual of propellants are measured. The dissolve residual of propellants are used to auxiliary fuel that is method of the resourced utilization. |
