With the rapid development of power industry reform and the deepening of the power system, power has been to the market. Therefore, the power plant to the grid made electricity supply assessment and accounting has become a power system to improve their management level to adapt to market changes necessary work. Electric Power grid electricity power plants and the net power measurement accuracy of the power system is also more and more attention to the various departments and users. The transformer is an important part of the energy measurement, the error power quality assessment billing will have a significant impact. Capacitor voltage transformer has been widely used in the grid, this paper is to study the frequency series resonant capacitor voltage transformer unit in the field calibration error in the application as the key to ensure the reliability of energy measurement.This series resonant frequency by comparing the step-up transformer test device and a traditional step-up devices, analysis and appraisal of the series resonant frequency step-up capacitor voltage transformer unit in the field calibration error in the application of rationality and superiority, and The issues raised need to be resolved.By analyzing the different resonance characteristics, to determine the tone of this unit a sense of a phased series resonant frequency device. Then the scene capacitor voltage transformer electrical parameters as a reference, were put forward several reactor configuration.This article focuses on the entire device in the high-voltage reactor configuration, as well as to develop a configuration based on the excitation transformer, voltage regulator of the electrical parameters.Series resonant frequency through the use of devices of different voltage levels and different capacities of the capacitor voltage transformer on-site verification to illustrate the use of this design approach is reasonable. Proved the high reliability of this device, safety, and practical. To create a better social and economic benefits.
