High-speed maglev vehicle track-side equipments'fault diagnosis and protection system is an important part of the maglev transportation. It is not only important in protecting lives and property of the passengers, but also necessary to guarantee the regular working of the propulsion and power supply system. Through the study of protection programs of electromagnetic suspension(EMS) high-speed maglev vehicle propulsion and power supply system, we can master working principle of the existing protection system and optimize it to provide help for the development of domestic high-speed maglev.This article describes a major component of high-speed maglev system and train operation mode, it also does analysis of the maglev vehicle protection system. In detailed, this paper did research of the types of protection in existing protection scheme, the protection principle, the method of fault location, the reason of setting ground protection without other protections, the basis for the work of the existing protection equipment, the protection setting principles.An analytical method for electromotive force (EMF) in the stator windings of high speed maglev vehicle is presented, and harmonic components of EMF are analyzed. Through the establishment of linear motor model in Ansoft, this article compares the analytical calculation results with the 2D finite element simulation results, and proves that the analytical method is correct. The fundamental and third harmonic components of the stator EMF can be used for the solving of the setting value in stator protection.Considering the inadequacies of the existing protection schemes, this paper presents several improvements, and select which is easy to implement to explain in detail. This article proposes the overall improvement program first, then introduces the method of setting calculation, the way of fault information transmission and judgment, the method of parameter selection for different types of faults. |
