Wind power,Solar energy and Hydropower are all called Green Energies. They have the advantages of non-pollution,abundant reserves and could be used widely. But,the wind power has more randomicity and uncertainty compared with other kinds of Green Energies. The quality of power, which is generated by the wind power generators, will be affected greatly due to the randomicity,when the wind power generation system is working. Since the load changes momentarily.it is more difficult to control the whole generation System.so, it's harder to make use of the wind power than the other Green Energies.The descriptions of the control technology of the wind power generating system and the introductions of the development situations of the wind power generation system is given in this paper. It discusses the composition and operation principle and the functions of each part of the stand—alone small scale wind power generating systems.The optimal operation principle of the wind power generator is described. On the base of present structures, we put forward a controling structure of the uncontrolled bridge rectifiers and Buck chopper; 1.The integrated control strategy is given, mainly including the maximum power control, load tracking, storage battery charging and discharging control and operating protection control; 2. The detailed introduction of the controller,which was designed by author,is given, including the general design,the hardware circuits and the code implementing.3.Simultaneously the design of inverter is given, it brings forward the plan of combining high frequency inverter technology and SPWM control technology.And finally, it summarizes the research results in this paper and the author's opinions on the small scare wind power generating system.
