Permanent magnet synchronous motor because of its small volume, high efficiency, fast response speed, high precision, good reliability and strong anti-interference ability and many other advantages, in various high performance system. Permanent magnet synchronous motor position sensorless control has become one of the current hot research spot in the field of motor control. This paper mainly studied permanent magnet synchronous motor without position sensor mirror type vector control, focusing on zero speed and low speed sensorless vector control. This article elaborated in the permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model and the vector control theory, by the injection of rotating high frequency voltage signal, used of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor salient characteristics, combined with the mirror phase vector theorem, estimated the poles on the rotor position by speed sensorless. The mirror type vector control system, make full use of MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation technology, establishment of the permanent magnet synchronous motor without position sensor mirror type vector control system simulation model. By the high frequency injection, low pass filtering and link in the simulation experiment, results show the mirror type vector control algorithm is correct. Finally using the DSP chip TMS320F2812 digital signal processor, based on high frequency signal injection method for permanent magnet synchronous motor without position sensor mirror type vector control system.By theoretical analysis and simulation experiments, the results show that high frequency voltage signal injection method can realize the sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor mirror type vector control system, at zero speed and low speed full speed range of the rotor position and speed estimation. The vector control method has good static, dynamic characteristics, but also to the motor parameters are not sensitive to outside interference, also has very good robustness.
