Direct torque control of relatively simple structure, good dynamic response, he will have relatively small harmonic perturbations. Therefore, as a relatively very popular in recent years, motor control, this paper is three-level asynchronous motor direct torque control study.According to multi-level inverter topology advantages and disadvantages and development, this paper points out the first study of this subject purpose and meaning. In this basis, for the three-level inverter asynchronous motor basic principle and structure of the analysis and elaboration, while the voltage amplitude and switching frequency jump and mid-point voltage balance and so on a more detailed the analysis, direct torque control flux and torque using observation programs, these programs through analysis, an improved direct torque control method. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper has MATLAB's Simulink simulation tool kit provided on this control method and program simulation model has been studied, the simulation results so that this control method proposed in the reliability and validity have been effective verification.Finally, the paper on the three-level inverter circuit, IGBT drive circuit, the sensor detection circuit and protection circuit design, using TMS320F2812 as the control chip, a set of three-level inverter for direct torque control experiment platform, based on this platform, beginning three-level direct torque control of the relevant experimental studies, a large number of simulation and experimental results verify this idea and control research program is correct. |
