| To the performance of buildings in the fire based performance based fire safety design is a new creation on the basis of fire safety engineering, fire safety design methods. It is aimed at building the fire safety objectives, to ensure that the building use and ornamental function under the premise, according to the actual situation of different types of construction and condition, the flexibility to select and identify targeted fire prevention measures, the use of engineering analysis and calculations for fire safety design optimization to determine the work to form to meet the fire safety objectives and requirements of the overall fire safety design, making the buildings in the most scientific and rational fire safety guards. Stick with the current specifications to meet the minimum requirements of prescriptive design methods, its attention is how to achieve specific security goals. The fire risk assessment carried out for assessing fire safety standards for the existing technical problems and fire hazards and recommend corrective measures proposed to reduce fire risk and improve fire safety, fire risk assessment and to promote the standardization and institutionalization of establishment of fire risk assessment methodology to provide the technical basis. In this paper, high rise building fire safety design for the background, Guangzhou XY Project performance based design research and analysis. The first evacuation of personnel, fire partitions, smoke control and fire and rescue to functional analysis, functional assessment, and then to Guangzhou XY project works as a case of performance based design analysis, the weight factors in determining when the use of AHP, and the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the final fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive fire risk assessment. The results from case studies in Guangzhou XY clear the fire design of the project engineering design using performance based fire engineering analysis, to ensure the building met fire safety purposes, and which recommendations for improvement. |
