With the development of socio-economic, the demand for energy is growing. On one hand, the use of energy has brought significant progress to the social development; the other hand, the use of energy has made a lot of damage to the environment in which human is living. Solar energy is now widely seen as an ideal clean renewable energy and has significant development in recent years.Bird strike as one of the important factors affecting aviation safety was got more and more people's attention in recent years. According to incomplete statistics bird strike caused millions of economic losses every year. Bird gun and acoustic equipment are the effective equipments to reduce bird strike. But that is a problem to supply power to those two equipments. Using the traditional power supply mode is apparently neither economic nor environmental within such a wide area at the airport. Solar power with its flexibility and environmental protection can be a very good solution to the problem.This paper designs a set of efficient, reliable power supply system to device for repelling birds through the study of solar power technology. The main work and conclusion is as follows:1. Bird strike problems seriously affect the aviation safety. How to solve this problem, besides the traditional ways we need modern science and technology as support. Solar energy as a renewable energy has the advantages of environmental protection, clean, renewable and other advantages and is the development direction of future energy.2. In order to ensure the reliability of power supply, solar power system control strategy is very important. This paper use PWM for the control mode of photo-volt power supply, so that the control system is simple and has better technical and economic advantages.3. Based on the research object, design and build a set of efficient, reliable repelling irds system equipment of photo-volt power supply system. It gets good economic and social benefits through the application in engineering and analysis.
