Prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge is a commonly used highway bridge.Because of its beautiful appearance, small size, clearance under the bridge, it play an important role in construction in the traffic of our country. With the increase of span, construction difficulty is increasing. Many problems can not be ignored, particularly the deflection and stress in the process of construction. In order to ensure that stress and deformation of the box girder in the construction process is always in a safe range, horizontal and vertical curve meet the design requirements, the internal force of structure state close to the design expectation, strict construction monitoring in the bridge construction is needed.Bridge construction monitoring is an important part of the bridge construction technology. In the process of bridge construction, it monitored the actual state of structure and environmental conditions in real-time.It used modern control theory to identify, adjust and predict the error between the actual state and ideal state, so that the construction stateas close as possible to the ideal state.It ensured the safety of the construction of the structure and, ultimately, the internal force and linear to meet the design requirements.In this paper, combined with the LaoShan bridge construction on the basis of the construction mornitoring theory, elevation and stress were studied. The main contents and results are as follows:1. The domestic and foreign development condition and structure characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridge were analyzed, construction monitoring technology development was summarized, and the importance of the large span bridge construction momitoring was pointed out.2. From the purposes, objectives, influential factors, monitoring method on the basis of the construction monitoring of LaoShan bridge, established the construction mornitoring system.3. Using MIDAS/Civil, analysised the LaoShan bridge construction process.Considering the creep and shrinkage, calculated the internal force, stress, strain and stability of bridge in construction. 4. Combined with the calculation of structure, the bridge construction process were monitored.Comparised the measurement data with the calculation results, the overrun parts were analysised and adjusted, ensuring construction quality and safety, as well as stress, linear satisfies the requirements.
