Urban traffic congestion has attracted more and more attention. Though road intersection is the main part of a road network, it is also a bottleneck which may lead to jams. To explore the solution of traffic congestion, People put forward various methods, and of those methods, traffic simulation is the most important one. Simulation model is the key to establish an effective simulation system, According to the common phenomenon of the merging of the right-turn vehicle, aiming to research and describe the model effectively This paper is mainly as follows:(1)Analysis of the merging behavior of right-turn vehicles. Through the analysis the microscopic behavior of merging, it is gained that some factors affect the decision-making of the merging(2)Acquisition of the relevant data. After analyzing the characteristics of surveying data, this paper decided to use video shooting method to collect the traffic flow data of the intersection t a detailed acquisition plan was worked out to get the sample data that can impact the decision-making.(3)Creating of a new mapping decision-making model of right-turn vehicle. During the establishment of the model, the study of input variable was taken into account. And principal component analysis of the influencing factor of the decision-making of the confluence was conducted, then the three main factors that influenced the merging decision-making were acquired On that basis,, by using the dynamic clustering method, feature vectors of both merging and non-merging were then acquired. Using the fuzzy integral, a new mapping decision-making model of right-turn vehicle was created and results of the final research that used sample data indicated that the model based on fuzzy integral had the high accuracy.
