Turbocharger converts the energy of the exhaust gas from engine to drive the compressor impeller to rotate, pressing the fresh air into the cylinder to increase the intake air amount to the engine. Therefore, increased engine efficiency, decreased fuel consumption and save energy. By analyzing the trends and manufacturing technology of turbocharger at home and abroad, analyzingt the turbocharger with multiple products in company and the characteristics of small and medium volume and current status, cellular manufacturing systems,electro beam welding the turbine shaft and other key technology were researched. Turbine shaft electro beam welding peocess in the country of national companies have not yet applied turbocharger precedent Large turbocharge turbine shaft in the international application of electron beam welding is bank. Therefore,the turbine shaft to solve the electron beam welding turbocharge is the key to this Transformation. Through theoretical study of electron beam welding and test validation finaliy solved the turbocharge turbine shaft electron beam welding technical problems, to achieve a supercharger core technology breakthrough manufacturing process. Electro beam welding line and reasonable welding method is accurate and strength to meet design requirements to address the key in expanding transformation turbocharger technology.
