Fiber reinforced polymer is a modern composite with characteristics of high tensile strength, light weight, excellent non-corrosion and fatigue-resistant. Steel tendon is replaced by fiber reinforced polymer in concrete structure, which is a useful measurement to solve the reinforced corrosion and improve durability of the construction. In order to promote wide application of fiber reinforced polymer, Connected with the analysis methods of modern steel reinforced concrete structure, the thesis analyze experimental data got from the kind of beams, which conclude the effect of fiber reinforced polymer reinforcement ratio on the ultimate moment, establish the theoretical calculating system of concrete beams reinforced with fiber reinforced polymer bars. The paper also explores influence factors of fiber reinforced polymer reinforcement ratio on the cracking moment. All the results which are based on the fiber reinforced polymer with characteristics of brittle failure. In addition, this paper also studies the durability of concrete beams reinforced with fiber reinforced polymer bars. Through the systematic study on ultimate moment, cracking moment, durability of fiber reinforced polymer bars, the thesis provides the application of fiber reinforced polymer, and puts forward the practical method of fiber reinforced polymer.The main research works of this thesis are as follow:First of all, the paper systematic analyzes experimental data got from the number of sixty two beams, which include concrete beams reinforced with fiber reinforced polymer bars and common reinforced concrete beams. It is concluded that the fiber reinforced polymer reinforcement ratio is little affected on the cracking moment. As the same as the strength of reinforced concrete beams, the cracking moment depends on the tensile strength of concrete. Based on the analysis methods of modern steel reinforced concrete structure, the flexural properties of the fiber reinforced polymer are analyzed. In addition, the calculating method and corresponding calculating formulas of flexural cracking moment of fiber reinforced polymer reinforced concrete beam are put forward.Secondly, based on the test consequences, and suppose that fiber reinforced polymer bar is brittle material, the test study studies the relationship between the fiber reinforced polymer reinforcement ratio and the ultimate moment of fiber reinforced polymer and concrete beam. The calculating results indicate that the ultimate moment increases with the increase of the ratio in certain range. When the ratio more than this range, the ultimate moment little changes. According to the analysis methods of modern steel reinforced concrete structure, considering the material of the brittleness, the paper explores the calculating method of ultimate moment of fiber reinforced polymer and concrete beam.Then, according to the calculating method of cracking moment of fiber reinforced polymer reinforced concrete beams, the calculating method of ultimate moment of concrete beams reinforced with fiber reinforced polymer bars and the chemical properties of fiber reinforced polymer, the paper search for the corrosion mechanism of fiber reinforced polymer beams under acid and alkali's erosion. According to the comparison analysis of durability of steel, fiber reinforced polymer material properties are summarized, which become the best choice to replacing the steel in civil engineering.Finally, based on above of research achievements of theory, including the tensile strength of fiber reinforced polymer,the durability of fiber reinforced polymer bars of reinforced concrete flexural members, strength of flexural members, the thesis analyze the application prospect of fiber reinforced polymer and method. The application of fiber reinforced polymer is affected by excellent non-corrosive characteristic, strong designability, weight ratio. The author gives some advice about the application of material of plan. Fiber reinforced polymer is used in masonry structure to reinforce concrete structure. This thesis aimed at researching the application methods of enhancing durability of concrete structure and anchor of geotechnical engineering, and the application scope of fiber reinforced polymer under the special circumstances.
