The subject of intelligent design short circuit breaking apparatus is explosive technology and high-voltage current-limiting fuses combine into a new type of electrical protection device, fundamentally is a full-scope current limiting protection device. On this basis, a new theory of intelligent is proposed. This intelligent short circuit breaking devices can not only protect against a kind of device, it can be adjusted according to user's needs, becoming the variety of equipment protection devices. Because this proposed intelligent, greatly expanded the scope of use of such equipment, the hardware on the device accordingly proposes a solar photovoltaic system as a DC power supply, in order to achieve more geographical scope of its multi-use nature. The intelligent design short circuit breaking apparatus make up for the empty space between the breakers and fuses, and body structure supported by a fuse. Mainly used for the amplitude and significantly limit the short circuit current as a devastating short circuit fault in power system protection devices.This design has come up with a new method of breaking circuit. Compared to normal current-limiting fuses, the short circuit breaking apparatus designed in this article, which will put explosives on the melt. Under low overload current situation, it is ignited by explosives by PIC control trigger circuit break road; under high overload current, relying on itself melts fuse break road itself. It successfully solves the problems which high-overload current and low-overload current are combined in by itself. Also selected solar photovoltaic systems as power supply DC power to the central control unit, increased system stability and broadens use of intelligent short circuit breaking apparatus.Intelligent communications are based on PIC single-chip implementation of SPI interface, master-slave machines can cooperate perfectly following their own function. In the communication operation interface, users can choose what data they want from the scheduled option under their own need, which achieves time-current characteristics controllable. The entire system has power-down protection function, even in the course, a loss of power occurs, the host machine can protect the data state before power-down state, so that data is not lost, no data error will occurs when you work on again. Simulation run shows that using the SPI communication mode can be implemented successfully on time-current characteristics of fuse remote control, achieve the second characteristic of adjustability.
