| In this thesis, based on the theory of traditional gerotor motor, a new mechanical structure which is a out-stator swang gerotor motor with a plate distribution is put forward.The new structure runs in the form of the outer swing tray revolution and the gerotor rotation which can downsize the gerotor motor significantly, while in the traditional gerotor motor, the gerotor realizes both of the rotation and revolution referring to the traditional -relative theory method to calculate the chamber volume,displacement and torque for the gerotor motor is also raised.Then,according to new design of gerotor motor,a prototype manufactured. It follows the principle and performance experiments and the parameters of the new motor's torque and displacement are obtained.This thesis includes the following chapters:Chapter One is an introduction to the history,development and classification of the gerotor motor. The differences between the traditional motor and the new structured motor are discussed as well. Then, the significance of the research on the gerotor motor is brought forward. Finally, the research objectives and contents of this thesis are provided clearly.Chapter Two puts forward the mathematical model and the theoretical derivation of the new structured gerotor motor,based on the traditional gerotor motor theory. At last,it applys MATLAB to calculate the torque and the displacement of the new motor.Chapter Three begins to design and calculate the characteristics of the new structured gerotor motor.It uses Pro/E to bulid the relative parts models and run the motion simulation in order to validate the new struction.Chapter Four puts forward the new design of plate distribution part based on the traditional theory.To validate the new design,it also introduces Pro/E to model the plate distribution parts and runs the motion simulation.Chapter Five designs a to test rig for the prototype performance experiments.The test data for the torque, displacement and efficiency of the new structures gerotor motor are acquired, thus obtaining good feature curves.Chapter Six is a summary of the research content and achievements of this thesis,Meanwhile the further research plans on the new structured gerotor motor is also proposed. |
