Most of our country's transportation and passengers are carried by railroad, which is with great importance in transportation and economic development in our country. In recent years, with digital signal processing technology developed, the domestic railway technology is developing at a high speed; it occupies an important position in economic development.The French high-speed railway frequency-shift automatic blocking equipment-UM71was introduced by our country in the middle1980s. On this basis, combined with China's national conditions we developed new frequency-shift automatic blocking device-ZPW2000, which is non-insulated track circuit frequency-shift automatic blocking device. ZPW2000is independently developed by our country based on FSK modulation technology; it is demodulated faster, better, and with higher anti-interference performance compared with the signals used before, it is with the advantage of narrow band as well. But there are some shortcomings in settings of localization of the ZPW2000low-frequency.This paper firstly introduces the history of the railway development, compares ZPW2000with UM71non-insulated track circuit, ZPW2000is with lot more advantages, and then analyzes the modulation and demodulation techniques of railway signal FSK, on this basis analyzes the shortages of ZPW2000's low-frequency setting, so in this paper, a new setting method is proposed to solve these problems, and use the new method to realize the modulation and demodulation on TMS320C6722platform.This article focuses on the determination of the solution of orthogonal and its implementation on TMS320C6722hardware platform. The modulation and demodulation of transformed signal are realized on the hardware platform and it comes out that the new set of low-frequency ameliorates the shortcomings and inadequacies of the problem, there are more advantages, and it can be demodulated easier, more reliable and faster. In the paper, it confirms the feasibility of the improved set of low-frequency; it is with great importance to the safety of the railway system and the further development of railway technology.
