Abstract/Summary:
This paper focuses on the designing of piezoelectric generator at low frequency and high stress situations. This system is divided into two parts, one is the selection of piezoelectric generator to adapt to frequency and high stress situations, another aspect is the Finite element analysis, production and experiment of the generator.Firstly, the piezoelectric generation research significance and the piezoelectric power generation at home and abroad research situation was introduced at this stage, including status and progress of the piezoelectric power generator and the energy harvesting. At the same time, the paper points out the goal is to design piezoelectric generator at low frequency, high stress situations, especially piezoelectric power generation on the road.Furthermore, the basic knowledge of piezoelectric was introduced, including the piezoelectric principle, the piezoelectric equation and the piezoelectric generator working mode. Then the present stage different structure of piezoelectric generator was given, their different characteristics and applications was analyzed. Piezoelectric generator equivalent model was given, based on this model the piezoelectric generator work in resonance state conditions and occasions were analyzed. Finally, the Cymbal structure was chose to harvest the environment vibration energy at low frequency, high stress situations.Then, paper introduces the finite element analysis software ANSYS and finite element analysis theory of piezoelectric material and gives a standard to measure the capacity of energy harvesting. According to the standard of Cymbal piezoelectric generator structure wad optimally designed based ANSYS, the harmonic response, transient characteristics were analyzed。Finally, the production of Cymbal piezoelectric generator was introduced in detail, the vibration test for the generator was performed and the energy storage circuit was analyzed.
