When processing a kind of sleeve which used in air conditioning,it needs a series of processing.In the traditional processing methods,many working procedure needs artificial to complete. In this case, the processing produced many substandard products and the efficiency is not high. Some automated processing machine sold in the market can't meet the requirements: Production efficiency is low; the equipment is unwieldy and complicated; efficiency is not high too. Coupled with rising labor costs, this subject designed a kind of mechanical equipment which can process this kind of fan sleeve automatically.This paper first introduced the using of fan sleeve and the development of automated processing machine, identify overall design scheme of the subject. On machine Operative parts, designed auto-feed mechanism, drilling mechanism, milling flat mechanism, chamfer reaming mechanism, discharging mechanism and keep the indexing disc as the core. In the control system hardware design, this topic designed pneumatic work system, induction motor drive circuit, stepping motor drive circuit, button module and analysis the working principle. In the control system program design, this topic designed Feed program process, Drilling program process, tapping program process, Milling flat program process, Chamfering and reaming program process, Discharging program process, Rotation program process and all this are based on PLC which model is CP1E-N40DT-D. This topic analysis the working process detailed.Based on machine assembly and programming, this paper carried out laboratory debugging, field debugging and working debugging. This paper described the matters which should be pay attention to in the debugging and corrected the problems which appeared on the working process. Results show that the machine working stably, the processed products have high precision which can meet the processing technology requirement preferably. |
