In today's society, the pipeline as a transmission fluid carrier, not only in industry has been widely used in urban construction also plays a huge role. In order to more effectively,control the flow of fluids in pipes, on the transfer process more effective control, the need meter testing and feedback as an important parameter of the fluid flow meter used.The thermal mass flowmeter is to measure the thermal resistance of way or other electrical parameters and the temperature corresponding to the relationship between devices, as sensors, placed in the fluid. Capable of measuring very low flow rate of small fluid flow, pressure loss and does not affect the measurement, in addition, because the measurement part of the no moving parts, reliability is higher than most of the mechanical flow meter.The thermal mass flowmeter is divided into constant power type and temperature (or temperature difference) two broad categories. In the fluid heat capacity, water content and other properties change, the traditional heat flow meter will have a single point of measurement error, there is less compatibility and interoperability problems. The practice, often not a single component fluid, the fluid state is not static.To address these problems, based on the King's Law, this paper constant rate algorithm to achieve a new type of thermal mass flow meters, flow range to improve the measurement, in response to changes in fluid measurements provide new methods and ideas.As an instrument used in industrial field, the traditional thermal mass flow meter slightly less than the explosion-proof ability. In this paper the design process of thermal mass flow meter, the power supply in addition to other parts of the transmission and control of all to non-contact, non-mechanical way, interactive transmission and acquisition of information communication using Bluetooth, infrared key to achieve site control, greatly improve the product explosion-proof performance.Meanwhile, in order to adapt to a variety of different power industrial field environments, in the design of switching power supply will use 24 ~ 48V, AC / DC universal power supply.
