With the energy crisis and increasing environmental degradation, there is growing attention to environmental protection and new energy technologies. Wind power and solar power are all renewable energy in the fastest growing and most widely used of the two new energy, they have zero pollution, low radiation, inexhaustible, and many irreplaceable advantages. In recent years, countries in the world to increase investment in wind and solar industries. With further cost reduction, upgrading of industrial technology and government financial and policy support, wind and intelligent system as a flexible, stable energy supply system, will be the new energy research and application of hot spots.In the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan " focus on the development of the township sewage treatment area, most of the township level of production and technical and economic underdevelopment, its substation capacity is very limited, sewage treatment works for the distribution of power supply may not meet the power requirements of the sewage treatment works . Use the wind power technology and photovoltaic power generation technology consisting of distributed power plants, to provide some energy, to supplement the lack of grid electricity supply is a more ideal way to achieve this. Use of solar energy, wind energy and other new energy power generation, for the township Sewage treatment plant is energy conservation, environmental protection and development of recycling economy imperative.In this paper, the township sewage treatment plant processing equipment, electrical characteristics of a phased and combined wind / solar power generation system of distributed optical characteristics, describes the wind / solar power generation system of the optical structure and working principle, and the main components and working principle characteristics, and had run the analysis.Based on the analysis, Guangzhou Nansha Area for sewage treatment station load characteristics and wind, solar resources, wind and solar power generation system for the design, construction and running analysis, the additional wind and solar power generation projects in the electricity supply and demonstration of new energy applications show very good results achieved.
