The central grid of Shengli Oilfield after years of running, there are now a lack of power supply and loss and equipment replacement problems. Given the development needs of the grid, through learning relevant literature and foreign experiences, power boost transformation program is proposed. Power boost transformation, to simplify the voltage level and the substation level, can not only improve supply capacity, reduce damage, but also can improve the power quality, to ensure network security.This article studied the power boost adjustment and reform design and construction from technology in detail, including the transformation of engineering design and construction. Learn from the experience of power boost transformation, combined with the current situation of the central grid of Shengli Oilfield, demonstrated the need for transformation of power boost. Made a step-up of technical preparations, refer to voltage national levels, make the specific choice of step-up voltage level, then analyze system security. Forecast the power load, the general planning principles put forward. Against the specific circumstances of the central grid of Shengli Oilfield,the transmission and distribution lines, substations, distribution network equipment made specific rehabilitation programs. Consider the step-up transformation of the actual technical engineering design problems, choose to solve the problem of technical measures. Make an analysis of the construction process may encounter problems, and propose solutions.The power boost adjustment and reconstruction projects of central grid of Shengli Oilfield involved in substation, transmission and distribution lines, distribution network, in three areas. The implementation of three projects on the same time. As the Substation equipment make a boost transformation, lines and distribution network also load the device boost transformation. After transformation, the voltage level of unity can meet the national standards. After implementation of adjustment and reform in the central district power boost, the energy-saving effect is obviously, and the economic is clearly. The transformation of engineering solutions have a very important reference value for other similar grid which have power lack or outdated equipment.The power boost adjustment and reconstruction projects of central grid of Shengli Oilfield make a greatly improvement for the electrical equipment performance and the level of grid automation. The grid structure is more reasonable. The running grid is more reliable. This project can meet the need of future electricity load development. The power boost adjustment and reconstruction projects of central grid of Shengli Oilfield can enhance power grid reliability and economy comprehensively.
