As the rapid development of the domestic economic, the issue of the power quality is getting more and more eye catching problem in the field of power industry. Containing huge amount of the nonlinear and the impact of electric equipment widely used in power system and daily life, conducted to power pollution and power pollution becomes more serious, the problem of power quality is more progressive. So the monitoring of power quality and analysis is important social meaning and a good recorder device is extremely significant for guaranteeing that the power system operates dependably and improving the electric power quality. The thesis designed and implemented the power quality monitoring system, based on the 220-500 kV power system error dynamic record standards.In this paper, introduce the development of the field of monitoring power quality home and abroad, especially illustrate the phenomenon of the power quality problem comprehensively and also the causing.â… concentrated on interpolating windowed discrete Fourier transform algorithms, sliding-window iterative algorithm of DFT and also the arithmetic of the digital measuring of power quality in order to improve power quality more. In order to satisfy the real-time and precision requirements, the FFT algorithm is introduced into the harmonic ayalysis; In order to reduce the amplitude and frequency error because of asynchronous sampling, this paper studies the interpolating windowed transform algorithms based on the Hanning window.In this project, adopt the structure of DSP+ARM, achieve the real-time voltage, current, power, basic electrical parameters and also include the harmonic wave,the real-time analysis of the parameter of the power quality and communicational functions. Perfectly brought the floating processor TMS320C33 and the wide calculating function chip into play, make sure the real-time on the on-line monitoring, and also achieved the multi-network function through the abundant peripheral of STR710 ARM processor and improving the I/O function.The software is development by C language and assembly language in cc. It assured the accuracy of the calculation. It consists of data sampling, windowed interpolating FFT, DMA and so on. At last it assured the accuracy of the arithmetic and process by using the MATLAB and CC software.
