Along with the global economy development and competition of the construction industry, the construction equipments follow the trend of being higher and larger, which brings new tasks for design and assembling technology. This topic is part of "11th five-year" plan, serving to variable-length hydraulic top wine bridge, used for construction of 200m high and 100m diameter cooling tower. How to realize remote asymmetric flexible adhere technology with multi-channel is the key to ensure the construction, equipment secure operation. This technology is highly innovative.To develop the flexible bridge-adhere technology, the key point of the project, the thesis successfully solves the problems relative to tension, preloaded force, deformation of steel wire, the reasonable distribution of adhesion and adhesive layer spacing when rope working. To solve the above problems, rope calculation theory and bridge calculation theory are studied. Particularly, reasonable rope pre-tightening force and adhesive layer spacing are fixed according to the relationship between the two theories.Wire rope theory aims to establish normal four-point nonlinear dynamic equation for the determination of prestressing force, working tension, the displacement of attached nod, and the relationship between the supporting reverse powers, basing on the theoretical parabolic calculation model. Departing from the theory of bridge body's adhere and flexible characteristics when long distance, bridge is considered simply as the continuous elastic supporting girder. Deriving from the two equations:supporting balance equation and angular displacement equationg, rope's displacement at nod and the supporting reverse force can be calculated.According to the calculation theory of wire rope and bridge calculation theory, the influence from rope pre-tightening force and the distance between layers of wire rope exerted to adhesive nod displacement of attached is figured out. Furthermroe, the nonlinear relationship between nodal displacement and prestressing force is fixed. Then, the range of pre-tightening can be determined by referring to the practical application. Next, qccording to the principle of equal displacement theroy and Euler principle(the forces are equal at the critical condition), distance of attachment and attached wire rope nodes are analyzed. Finally, the reasonable distance of attachment is determined and the outcome is proved to be correct.
