Analyzer is one of the necessary instruments used to make clinical diagnosis in medical treatment organization, and mainly used to detect all kinds of biochemical parameters in body fluid, supplying scientific basis for doctors'diagnosis.This article aims to introduce some key technologies of Automated Biochemical Analyzer, and analyze the Four Error Sources that affect the accuracy of the instrument, namely, locating error, noises of the optics system, sampling error, and temperature fluctuations, establish the relationships among them and prove it.This article firstly introduced the functions of the instrument, gave an overview of the development of it at home and abroad, introduced some typical biochemical analyzer briefly, and then detailed all the key technologies of it.And then, analyzed the Four Error Sources through experiments and theoretical analysis, established the relationships of each of them between the total error, and established the model of the total error, through the model we calculated the permitted noises of the optics system, and verified the total error model through experiments, result showed that it is reasonable, and the error calculated from the model accounts for 81% of the total error from experiment. |
