Automatic Calibration System Voltage Monitor

According to the voltage monitor functions and features, a special automatic calibration system was developed for voltage monitors, using the unique design of the harmonic source, the standard time measurement circuit and single chip microcomputer control system. The voltage source outputs voltage signal to the device's internal standard voltage meter and the voltage monitor under test. With good software design, the system can make sensitivity tests, accuracy tests, error tests, harmonic tests . with accuracy up to 0.1%. Measurement datas are transmitted to the computer through the serial port, PC application programs complete the automatic data processing, according to the need for storage and printing. This article describes hardware and software design of the automated calibration system for voltage monitors, its working principle and system functions were described.
