This paper is targeted on electrodynamic shaker(EDS), to begin with, it introduces the background and purpose of this subject, the current research situation of EDS (home & abroad) and numerical analysis study, analyze the working principle, structure and characteristic of EDS, described common method of numerical analysis and the development and application of related software; then based on numerical analysis method and related professional software, it builds model for the moving system, magnetic circuit system and cooling system, analyze the structural modes, electromagnetic field, flow field and temperature field, generates the armature fundamental resonance frequency, vibration type, air magnetic induction intensity, temperature distribution of related parts; at last, this paper verifies the consistency of test data and analysis, hence achieves the marriage of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and test measurement, draws the conclusion that numerical analysis can be used in EDS structure design, provides reference for EDS design, development and optimization, which will instruct engineering practice, shorten the cycle time of design and manufacture, saves the cost. This has significant purpose in practical application. |
