| Nowadays, the biological contamination problem is becoming serious, and a mass of pathogenicity microorganisms in the living space are doing harm on our human beings. As the effective process to resolve the biological contamination problem, the technology of ozone space disinfection has been increasing applied in the live disinfection and production disinfection. Compared with the traditional space disinfection technology, the ozone space disinfection technology has the merits of high speed, good effects and no drug residue, thus, it has a great development potential. However, due to the study on the ozone space disinfection equipment is not deep enough; the existing equipments have some demerits namely low effectiveness, bad stability, low intelligent level and easy failure of the power supply parts. On the basis of deep researching on the ozone generating process and ozone disinfection equipment, this article studies the improvement on the ozone space disinfection equipments. The mainly contents are as following:(1) It states the production process of ozone meanwhile analyze the working principle of ozone space disinfection equipment and structure design.(2) It analyzes and calculates the ozone concentration within disinfection space by modeling, and the impact factors on the ozone concentration are summarized.(3) Combined with the actual production need and on the basis of deep understand the ozone production technical process, intelligent control system is developed for the ozone space disinfection equipment.(4) It explains the abnormal phenomenon of the Vds frequence of the excitation power source switching conduits ends, subsequently states the affect on the excitation power, and then tables the improvement proposal.(5) It analyzes the course of circuit syntony affecting on the power efficiency, phenomenon of which is found by calculating the Lissajous Figure and comparing the total power.(6) It finds the excitation power output frequency drifting phenomenon, the cause was found through studying, and this problem is improved by using frequency lock speed control method.The improvement mentioned for ozone space disinfection equipment in this article is put into practice, and it proves that the equipment operation efficiency and stability is improved, the possibility of power damage is lowered, the equipment intelligent level is obviously improved, and the operation is much easier and more accurate. All of which meets the requirements of design and operation. |
