Electromagnetic force aid line heating process is a new method which can solve the problem that low accuracy and difficult forming in forming of special steel and hull plate in the process of line heating, this method can improve forming efficiency and accuracy in the process of line heating. This method is non-contact force, the shape of the work-piece have little limit to auxiliary device, to avoid surface damage, easy to control the size of the energy, simple operation, excellent working environment and so on.Combined line heating with mechanism of electromagnetic forming systems, given the theory that electromagnetic force aid line heating process, and according to the actual application requirements, the design of electromagnetic force aid line heating device. The main structure of the electromagnetic auxiliary device divided into: high-voltage rectifier circuit, charging circuit, the discharge circuit, control circuit, protection circuit. In addition, the text give the main components of each circuit, and discuss the principle of relevant components.In this paper, according to the structure of charging circuit and discharge circuit, figure out RC and RLC equivalent circuit, the circuit response of the two states were calculated and analyzed. According to function various parts of the device, circuit which generate pulse electromagnetic force is given, using software Multisim give out simulation and analysis of devices and circuits. Use the finite element method to do analysis of the corresponding characterized equation, used finite element software ANSYS do electromagnetic field analysis, give out a single plate electromagnetic shock experiment, build the circuit-electromagnetic-structural coupled finite element model, get the form of electromagnetic force and its variation in plate workpiece, and the electromagnetic forming device structure and the theoretical parameters were modified.
