This paper is about the large-diameter heat pipe and the bottom supports of the construction projects in the heating part of Hulan River, a reference is played by this analysis of the Hulan River project.The project has been introduced at first, then the domestic and international pipeline transportation conditions have been compared. Later, the basic theoretical knowledge required, fifteen unknown elasticity function about spaces, heat transfer boundary conditions have been given. The thermal stress, the stress caused by the pressure produced by the temperature load, and the stress caused by its own gravity have been mainly derived on the whole structure. Through full consideration of each item, the structural modeling has been generated by the finite element software ANSYS. It has been compared and analysed at two different temperatures,20℃and -40℃, the weakest part of z-tube is the elbow and nozzle of pipe. Because the stress is more concentrated in both of these places, so the z-tube has a better compensation to absorb the moment and stress. But at the same time, due to the need of the shape, it will be more waste of some materials than the straight one. And in the winter, preventing freezing pipes should be paid much more attention, the most common way in the project is to increase the protective layer thickness for the pipeline. Because of the slow heat dissipation of the concrete structure, so the change in temperature, difficult to quickly spread throughout the temperature will be in connection with the formation of the nozzle obvious stress situation.Therefore, it is difficult to quickly spread the changes in temperature throughout the whole structure. The change in the stress of the part of the concrete connected with the nozzles should be more obvious.In summary, the large-diameter heat pipe and the bottom supports'stress analysis is very important, it is not only able to play a good practical reference works, but also ensure the safety of the similar projects for the future.
