| The traditional steel structure design method is consisted by structural analysis and structural design, firstly, first-order elastic analysis is used to calculate the internal forces under loads, secondly, most dangerous internal force are obtained by load combination analysis,and section checking of each component is carried out one by one, therefore, it is very tedious and time-consuming of this traditional method. with the development of the theory of structural analysis design, foreign scholars has proposed the advanced analysis method, which not only can fully describe the structural system, the intensity and stability of the components, but also consider the geometric and material nonlinearity, then the design become more reasonable and its process is simplified greatly.In this paper the plastic hinge method of advanced analysis theory was analyzed investigated. Based on the fine plastic hinge model of beam-column theory method, planar and spatial steel structure was analyzed respectively. The nonlinear effect of geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity, shear deformation, initial defects residual stress and so on is studied. And then the steel structure advance analysis program -SSAAP is compiled based on MATLAB and VB, the main research work are showed as blow:At the advanced analysis method of planar steel structure based on beam-column theory, elastic geometric stiffness matrix of beam-column elements can be obtained by derivation of rotating angle-deflection equation and considering the influence of shear deformation. And then the planar elastic-plastic stiffness matrix was obtained by considering the in influence of residual stress and initial defect and adopting the refined plastic hinge method.The geometric non-linear stiffness matrix of spatial beam-column element was obtained by investigating the advanced analysis theory of spatial steel structure. the second-order inelastic nonlinear stiffness matrix of spatial beam-column elements was derived by emphatically investigating the influence of bearing capacity of the section plasticity and residual stress as well as the gradual yield and bending-tensional buckling caused by bending.Based on object-oriented of finite element programming thought and the conception of class fusion; combined with the advantages of MATLAB and VB, through the mixed technology, MATLAB language is used to design calculation module program, the creation of COM components, the advantages of VB such as: human-computer interaction and friendly interface characteristics and image visual processing technology of are combined, SSAAP program is developed. Apply theory to practical application. SSAAP program has the visual interface, strength ability of independent operation, well portability.Several examples are used to certificate and contrast the result in this paper; it proves that the unit which is deduced in article has high precision. What is more, it only needs few elements to do simulation and has high efficiency on calculation. |
