Motor grader is a kind of shovel blade-based transportation construction machinery, accompanied by a variety of other commuting devices, for land formation and shaping operations. Homemade motor grader has good performance, high reliability and good reputation in the country user groups. Some of motor graders exported to foreign countries are better; however, there are many problems between the motor Graders in India, Brazil and other countries, for example, engine problems, destruction of transmission system and the main components and so on. Therefore, re-examining power system of grader, transmission system and work devices to solve these problems in foreign countries has great significance.We mainly study the subtropical high-temperature desert motor grader in this paper, properties and reliability problems of motor grader serve as the starting point in India, Brazil or similar to regional markets with the construction, in depth study the integrated equipment engine, the reasonable match of the transmission system and the reliability of the work Device. Commence work on the following technical objectives: (1) solving the problem of engine and transmission reasonable match to made the whole dynamic performance with a certain amount of surplus, improving the reliability of the transmission system, and meeting the construction requirements in India and other areas; (2) solving the problem of the reliability of the work device, improving the working device based on the existing strength and stiffness. Motor Grader can still be effective when used in geotechnical work conditions. The main contents are as follows: 1,We have investigated the use of motor graders in the market of India and Brazil in detail, and have done a load spectrum. We also obtain the reasons for short life and going wrong of domestic brands Motor Graders in India, load with the Indian situation is much higher than mode of occupation in country.2,Research the dynamic matching theory of subtropical high-temperature Motor Grader in detail, Including maximum traction, maximum working resistance, productivity, matching the largest travel agencies, it serve to guide the specific match through the analysis of the formation of the project product matching.3,compared to the dynamic characteristics of caterpillar, Komatsu and Volvo Motor Grader, we draw a conclusion that main disadvantages of the power matching of XCMG existing products is matching the load of the motor grader in the high-load state. According to the principle of lowering the amount of configuration, the range of reasonable parameters the rotating ring gear of Motor Grader: tooth width b = 30~70mm; large gear diameter d 2 = 1300~2000mm; modulus m = 20~ 30mm.7,Evaluate the fatigue life of rotating ring gear of Motor Grader by the fatigue curveδ?Nor fatigue damage accumulation curve method . The life of the rotating ring gear will be significantly increased when the modulus increase. Optimize parameters in so far as reasonable parameters of rotating ring gear of Motor Grade. Intermediate values of the parameter area of the rotating ring are best.8,Because of the big impact load, it can damage the gear of rotating ring of Motor Grade if it impact on the role of Blade 1 / 4 and corner knife,so it take down the staffing law or install the friction clutch on turbine or a small gear box to protect the rotary ring gear.
