As the world energy crisis intensifies, every country in the world looking for new energy to solve the problem. Clean, continuous and regardless of cost , wind power became the new energy development's pet. Use wind power generation became the most efficient way. The high sliding wound rotor asynchronous wind-driven generator in this paper is mainly used for driving level wind field in two paddle type fan. It removes the double-fed wind generator rotor's complex control part and rotor winding using external resistance design scheme. Good solution the rotor's temperature rise when running high slip . Compared with doubly-fed type asynchronous wind-driven generator, reduce the one-time investment and maintenance costs because it hasn't rotor control circuit and sliping ring. With direct driving type permanent magnet wind-driven generator compared, the rotor part does not exist permanent magnet demagnetization by high temperature easy problem and volume smaller. It also has the advantage of high reliability.Through compare and analysis of the asynchronous generator and motor in the electromagnetic design differences, based on the accurateΓtype equivalent circuit, improved partly program for motor electromagnetic design. Accurately analysis the excitation impedance, exciting current, induced potential and sliding etc.Get accurate expression and applicable for asynchronous generator electromagnetism design. Analy the currents and loss change for rotor winding with or without external resistance. Use Visual Basic6.0 developed the generator's CAD design system. This system has simple operation, easy to input/output data management and strong practicability characterized ,etc.Using the asynchronous wind generators of calculation model in this paper, For a 1000kW high sliding wound rotor asynchronous wind-driven generator, we conducted the actual design calculation. Design scheme for the development of enterprises in the prototype manufacturing process. Prototype experimental results and the design results are coincide, design meet the requirements.
