Pile has an advantage of high bearing capacity, seismic performance and the ability of reducing the differential settlement, etc, so it is widely used in railway bridge foundation.Caps which are an important part to ensure power transmission along the power transmission path play a connecting role in piles.A large number of engineering projects show that the work of group pile foundation pile characteristics is significantly different from it by the cap-pile-soil interaction. It is subject to cap-pile-soil interaction effects. Therefore, the study of the pile caps mechanism has important theoretical and engineering significance.The main object of this paper is Lan Zhou—Guang yuan passenger line which is a part of Lan zhou—Chong qing passenger line. Wang Jiaya chuan trent bridge (32+48+32) m continuous beam,4 pier and the five pile.The study of this paper is mainly the following aspects:(1) To spring-loaded simulation pile-soil, considering soil deformation (m-method), research the problems of common effect of caps-pile-soil interaction;(2) In considering the effect of the pile-soil interaction factors on the cap mechanism, use ANSYS finite element software to do a lot of elastic finite element analysis about the five thick pile cap. Through the analysis of finite element structure, research the transfer mechanism of the five thick cap;(3) According to the reinforcement study of five pile thick caps for the railway bridge (fully consider the influence of pile spacing and the caps thickness),put forward sutiable reinforcement method for the five thick pile cap;(4) Make field study for the five thick caps. Layout reinforcement meter within the cap and the surface of the pile for long-term observation, and make test for the steel pile and concrete stress on different construction loads. For the five cap of railway-bridge, the results is consistent with the prophase finite element analysis.Finally, the paper proposes many problems about pending further study of this issue, based on the comprehensive summary of thesis work.
