Bridges monitor and control is an important part of the bridge construction technology. It is to ensure that the bridge construction workers and the security situation has reached bridge design and construction regulations to meet the key factors. The article taking the high-speed railway for engineering background, adaptive control systems will be applied to construction monitoring. Theoretically, the design parameters from the sensitivity analysis, obtained during the construction of the main effects parameters. To concrete elastic modulus and bulk density as the main parameters for calculating the least square method for parameter identification and adjusted accordingly on the appropriate section of the construction beam parameters and adjustment of forecast errors. The use of this monitoring system collected during the construction of the bridge structure and the main control section deflection cross-sectional data such as stress. Construction process to establish a computer simulation model to calculate and provide the elevation of the construction phase of the legislative model, to guide the construction and ultimately the successful completion of the bridge construction control.During cantilever construction, we can put camber control the construction progress of the cantilever beams of different relative creep deformation generated.Creep and shrinkage is a long-term effect, as the latter part of the larger bridge creep and shrinkage deformation will affect the smoothness of the bridge. During the operational phase in order to ensure passenger comfort and safe operation of trains, high-speed railway bridge requires a high ride track. Therefore, to study the effects of post-shrinkage and creep, and in the construction process to take some methods to reduce post shrinkage and creep deflection is necessary.By high-speed railway bridge finite element model to analyze the effects of that hrinkage and creep deflection of the bridge has a great influence. During the construction process by changing the form of vertical joints, reasonable choice the closure time, increasing the load of concrete age, paragraph closed with expansive concrete, strict control the quality of concrete and other measures to reduce the creep and shrinkage deformation of high-speed railway continuous beam bridge.
