Along with the rapid development of science and technology, industry, agriculture and national defense, the equipment continuously going to be large complicated automated and unceasing, gear system is various industrial equipment widely used in the transmission of power and movement, it will directly affect the operation of the equipment.Gearbox fault and failure will give the whole production and social cause great losses. Gearbox once fault, light affect production and economic losses, Caused heavy casualties, a tragedy. Therefore gear life prediction in industrial production has a very important position.Gear reliability life tests were made a reliable service life test and erosion wear reliable service life test. The judge of reliable service life is based on pitting corrosion, in the test use vibration acceleration sensor to judge the pitting corrosion. When the vibration signal reaches a certain value, namely the pitting gear area is 2% of the tooth surface area, the machine can be stopped. Wear test use CL-100 gear test machine to measure tooth surfaces wear, provide wear analysis data.According to the data of gear reliable life, examine the lognormal distribution; the results indicate that the pitting fatigue corrosion life of gear is correspond with log-normal distribution. Analyses the reliability of gear life, namely gear reliability calculation according to the given reliable service life, according to the given life calculating reliability.In the analysis of wear loss use the surface profile measurement method. This method not only can clearly express the changes of wear loss from tooth root to tooth crest but also is accurate and reliable. According to the experimental data analysis the Weight wear loss, Tooth crest wear loss, tooth root wear loss and pitch circle wear loss.The results indicate that the tooth crest wear loss is the biggest, quarter circle is the minimum quantity of wear loss. The results indicate that the wear loss obey normal distribution. Also describe the wear loss in normal process, facilitate meta-analysis of Reliability. The two teeth of one gear is analyzed, and the correlation between the teeth of one gear in wear loss is very obvious.
