| High-frequency fatigue experiment had the important significance in the process of material research, development and application. The resonant metal material fatigue testing system was the testing equipment applied to measure the metal material fatigue characteristics based on the resonance theory. Its main characteristic is high work efficiency which mainly reflected in the high working frequency, low energy consumption and short working time. However,Excitation system was the most important component of the whole Fatigue Tester Machines. We analyzeed from the signal generator to the output feedback for each part in this paper. What's more, we researched the test current, amplitude control and control algorithm deeply on this basis. The main contents of the thesis were listed as follows:1. Analyzed the principle of the Resonant Fatigue Tester Machines vibrator, established the mathematical model and design the overall plan.2. According the overall design program, created the system mathematical model.3. Designed Fuzzy controller theory based on the Fuzzy control method.4. Designed the main controller based on 32-bit ARM Crotex microprocessor (STM32103) and DDS signal circuit, realized the circuit design of measurement module.5. Transplanted real-time embedded system ? C /OS?II into SMT32103 and writed the start code and main code, then designed user application procedures for task module.6. Designed the software program of the system and debugged the experimental.The research worked on the excitation system of Resonant Fatigue Tester Machines. The performance of designed control system had been greatly improved and the expected results were achieved. |
