USES the stepping motor driver placed pads mould device, thus turning an Angle oblique chamfering into whet the linear grinding ordinary. Meanwhile the grinding of brake shoes outside chamfering, grinding, opened in chamfering middle trough, coarse grinding plane and fine grinding plane, arrange to the same bar level work table. In order to simplify the grinding, the synchronous belt the difficulty of mould device of movement driven pads the relative motion realization grinding. Reuse fuzzy PID control theory, design PLC control system to realize the automatic grinding the whole process occurring processing, increasing the production efficiency.According to the actual demand, this paper factory automation chamfering machine was designed, and the overall system using 3d software to design Pro/E simulated, deepened to the traditional grinding mechanism, and expand the application range of the traditional grinding machine.
