Conventional building consumes large amounts of non-renewable energy not only in the construction stage, but also in the running stage, which cause the pollution to the environment. Therefore, it is extraordinarily useful of saving energy and reducing the environment load to explore the adjust action of building based on the rational use of renewable energy. Naturally adjust building is not used in heating or cooling equipment system conditions. It adjusts the indoor environment and meets comfort requirement by using the passive building thermal design method and the technology of renewable energy sources such as solar. Because of the energy shortage, the development of naturally adjust building is imperative,and it is particularly important to establish the system of evaluate the heat performance. This article discusses the heating problems of naturally adjust building in winter and influence of all kinds of technology to passive building thermal performance. The evaluation methodology of naturally adjust building thermal performance is also discussed. Research points of this article are as follows:First of all, due to existing evaluation system lack economic analysis, environmental benefits analysis and the single index, the thermal performance of natural adjust building is studied. Three factors of naturally adjust building's thermal properties based on passive heating technology application is determined. These factors are energy consumption factors, economic factors and environmental factors.The evaluation index of building's thermal performance is refined. The quantity of heat using passive technology, palisade structure thermal parameter, life cycle economy index, environmental benefits etc, totally six index. Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) method of mathematical analysis is used to determine alculation method and steps of the related factors, weights of related index and the comprehensive evaluation coefficient of building's thermal performance. A set of multilevel and multiobjective evaluation method of naturally adjust building's thermal performance is established. Evaluation system of naturally adjust building is explored. And this article provides guidance of design of naturally adjust building.Second, according to different influences of the solar air collector's thermal properties and different climate adaptability in different areas, the building which contains the solar air collector is studied through the experiment method. Three kinds of thermal efficiency, quantity of heat and the influence of the indoor thermal environment of the solar air collector are compared. Research shows that the three kinds of heat efficiency of the solar collector under continuous operating conditions is 48.25%,63.84% and 58.8%.The indoor temperature in the day time is up to 15℃or more. The average Indoor temperature is 13.9℃. Applying the method of AHP concept, the solar energy collector climate adaptability to the comprehensive coefficient is obtained. The climate adaptability of the building with solar energy collector is good in Beijing, Lanzhou and Dalian. Through the analysis of the various indexes of solar air collector to the influence of thermal performance of naturally adjust building, the quantity of heat is determined as the correlation index of thermal performance evaluation system of naturally adjust building.Third, applying the thermal network model and frequency domain regression analysis method, the transient heat transfer process of the additional sunshine room is studied. The mathematics model of the dynamic thermal process is established to solve the coupling of the outdoor weather-the sunshine room-palisade structure between regenerative heat release-indoor thermal environment. The error of the model is 20%, in line with the requirement. And the thermal parameter, heat quantity, saving rate and the indoor thermal environment of the additional sunshine room is studied. Research shows that there are differences in the heating quantity under different climate condition. In the sunny areas, such as Hohhot, additional sunshine room can provide about 80 MJ heating quantity. The area of minimum heating quantity is Xian. Saving rate of additional sunshine room is higher than other regions. The highest heating quantity is up to 42 MJ in Beijing and the energy saving effect is obvious. Through the analysis of climate adaptability of additional sunshine room, application of additional sunshine room technology is obtained. Heating quantity of additional sunshine room is proposed to be correlation index of thermal effect of naturally adjust building using passive heating technology. This article provides conditions for the establishment of the evaluation index system of naturally adjust building. And theory basis is provided to optimize the design of additional sunshine room.Finally, using the analysis method of proposed naturally adjust building's thermal performance, this article makes comprehensive evaluation of six cases of naturally adjust building, and obtains the comprehensive evaluation matrix containing environmental benefit, economy index and energy index, and classifies the passive technology. Finally the combining form of the optimal thermal performance of the naturally adjust building is obtained through comparison and analysis.
