Temperature effects tend to make the bridge a greater stress, temperature stress can cause structural cracking, thereby affecting the normal use of the structure, even lead to structural damage, thus concrete-filled steel tube continuous and rigid frame bridge temperature field to do extensive and in-depth research is particularly urgent. In this paper, the Yalu freeway of Laba jin bridge engineering as background, on the basis of the temperature field, choose one representative of the weather conditions on steel concrete continuous rigid frame bridge analysis of temperature observational data, and means of finite element software ANSYS and Midas/civil analysis of structural temperature field and effect of temperature. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1. Introduction of the box structure of the temperature field and temperature loads contained in the theory of temperature,and calculate the box structure of temperature value equations and boundary conditions of the relevant thermodynamic parameters.2. On the basis of Laba jin bridge temperature test,analysis the sunshine, cooling the natural environment, concrete box-girder cross-section of temperature changes in the law field with time, obtained temperature distribution box-girder section, with the exponential function the form of concrete box-girder to fit the curve of vertical temperature gradient, obtained no pavement concrete box-girder vertical temperature gradient curve in western China.3. With finite element software ANSYS to establish concrete box-girder temperature field model of section,in accordance with the location of the bridge area the boundary conditions, calculate box -girder section temperature distribution, and comparative analysis of test results, get high pier and large span prestressed concrete box girder temperature field numerical method Sichuan Yaan.4. Based on field temperature test,analyzes the effect of cold concrete-filled steel tube section temperature field test data variation over time,the change cycle is consistent with the temperature change cycle, obtaining composite structure temperature distribution in cross section, and getting numerical fitting function of the temperature gradient composite section by origin, concrete-filled steel tube section radial temperature gradient similar to the distribution of cubic form. 5. Using finite element software Midas civil/2010 create full-bridge simulation model of the various construction stages, calculate temperature effect of the bridge during stage of construction phase and into a bridge, comparison of the measured temperature gradient temperature gradient mode with national norms on the structure, and comparative analysis of the effect of gradient structure of the stress, internal force, displacement.When the system temperature, the pressure on the upper edge of the roof and floor under the edge of tension, stress along the bridge longitudinal sinusoidal curve characteristics of harmonic.Four different temperature patterns from the results, this model produces the measured effect of temperature gradient and the British Standard is more consistent results, and with the U.S. norms more significant effect of numerical difference.but with the U.S. norms, more significant effects of numerical difference. Show that the bridge design in all regions, the local temperature to simulate the actual calculations it is more reasonable.
