By the widespread application of concrete, technology of post installed fastenings in concrete structures is increasingly development. Anchorage technology include mechanical anchor and chemical anchor . In the actual engineering chemical anchor for its connection reliable and convenient and quick is widely used. The anchorage technique has many problems, one of the key problems is when the size of concrete can not meet edge distance and spcing requirements, Chemical anchor cannot applications, which greatly limits the chemical anchor bolts used widely.At present, the domestic and foreign scholars research mainly focus on performance and failure form of chemical anchor bolts, the bearing capacity of edge distance and spcing to anchor system is less.This article research that the hilti HVA finalize chemical anchor in the different margins and the distance through the test and finite element analysis, especially research when chemical anchor bolts margins and spacing is less than the standard, anchor system limit bearing capacity and the relationship between capacity that meet the standard minimum limit requirements. Through the experiment and finite element analysis can be found:1,When less than the concrete structure anchor technical regulation (JGJ145 2004) specified the margins and distance is the 5 d can be used.2,When does not meet the the requirement, in tensile, maximum limit bearing capacity can be reduced 40%, in shear, maximum limit bearing capacity can be reduced by 80%, edge distance and spacing play a large role on ultimate bearing capacity in shear.This paper studies the application for chemical anchor bolts, especially in small edge distance and small spacing , provide certain theoretical basis.
