Fluoride is an essential trace element for human body, which is mainly distributed in teeth, bones, nails and hair in the form of CaF2, especially in the enamel,.which containing about 0.01%~0.02%. The results show that a large number of low or high fluoride content of drinking water can affect human health, high fluoride water as drinking water sources of drinking water-type fluorosis could cause disease, which greatly endanger the health of local people is one of the serious endemic 1,287,000,diseases, drinking water ward of about 120 million man-days, there are about skeletal fluorosis patients there were about 2638.11 Million. Therefore, conformity and elimination of fluorine pollution in drinking water, study the economic and practical method for fluoride removal agent and fluoride removal, prevention and treatment of endemic fluorosis disease such as skeletal fluorosis, dental fluorosis, which is important in improving people's physical health. nowadays, the mainly treatment of Fluoride at home and abroad in drinking water containing adsorption, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, Flocculation and precipitation, electrodialysis and electro flocculating method. Mainly to the adsorption of water by fluoride with fluorine adsorbent device, fluoride ions and the adsorbent or other exchange groups on the left to be removed in the adsorbent, adsorbent regeneration to restore through the exchange capacity. Adsorption is mainly used in the treatment of low concentration of fluoride in water, fluoride can also be used as the depth of the water treatment methods. This method is through contact beds, with the packed bed ion exchange agent or the fluoride, the use of dynamic adsorption manner, easy to operate, fluoride effect is stable. And an efficient, low-cost, easy regeneration and long-life high quality fluoride adsorption adsorbent is the key.The subject of the use of bone char as adsorbent and its adsorption properties were studied. The study of bone char as a fluoride removal agent and influencing factors of its fluoride detailed experimental determination.1.Research on the removal of bone properties of carbon fluoride Through bone char in the static test of the various effects of fluoride removal process factors such as temperature, pH, initial concentration, contact time on adsorption of bone char.2. Research on the regenerated bone char by the performance of Fluorine Experimental studies by dynamic adsorption capacity of bone charcoal adsorption after the fluoride removal performance after regeneration, compared to regeneration concentration, the regeneration time of the fluoride effect.The results show that:(1) bone char for fluoride meet the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation;(2) reaction temperature on the adsorption capacity of bone charcoal little effect;(3) adsorption time, the bone char adsorbent in the adsorption of about 12 hours of basic saturated;(4) dosage of bone charcoal, when the bone char dosage is 1g, the bone char for fluoride sorption basically reached saturation. As the fluoride dosage increases, the adsorption capacity of fluoride decreased gradually, indicating that by increasing the dosage of fluoride agents can not increase the adsorption capacity of bone charcoal;(5) when the solution pH is low, the bone char for fluoride removal efficiency of better, high pH, carbon fluoride on bone has a certain extent. The experimental results analysis of bone char as a fluoride removal agent more suitable for smaller alkali fluoride in groundwater.
