The use of steel reinforced concrete columns in high-rise buildings, not only makes the structure have sufficient seismic capacity, but also can be extremely favorable for improving the room' s function and reducing the cost of room and so on. Steel plate shear wall, which has mechanical stability in the loads of earthquake and strong energy-dissipating capacity, is a new lateral system of the high-rise building in the high intensity earthquake zones. This paper will study four core tube structure frames in the following aspects:To use ETABS software for analyzing and comparing the following four frame-core wall structures,1. The structure with steel reinforced concrete columns in lower outer frame column;2. The structure with steel reinforced concrete columns throughout the frame;3. The structure with reinforced concrete columns throughout the frame;4. Use steel shear wall instead of reinforced concrete shear wall. Analysis shows that:There is no remarkable difference in Structure performance between the first and the second structure; The third structure's performance in the seismic and wind is poorer than the first structure' s, and the bottom of the column reinforcement is relatively large; The seismic performance of steel plate shear wall structure is obviously superior to concrete shear walls. To use SAP2000 software on the conventional Pushover and modal Pushover analysis of the first three structures above. The results show that:In the conventional Pushover analysis, the appearance of plastic hinge in the second structure is less than the first structure when the structure is damaged seriously; Compressive stress force in the bottom of shear wall of the third structure is larger than the first. In modal Pushover analysis, all the lateral moving angles of the three structural vertices under the action of moderate earthquake are larger than the lateral moving angle limitation of those vertices used well; All the three structures can meet the performance level of preventing the collapse under strong earthquakes.
