Flue-cured tobacco is an important link of the tobacco production; lots of flue-cured tobacco work has been done every year, especially in the harvest season. In the existing way of flue-cured tobacco, mostly using fossil fuels, the big usage and the price of fuel raising, make the baking more expensive, and environmental pollution, too much word-load. The research of the new technique within flue-cured tobacco is the urgent requirement of the development within the flue-cured tobacco in current.This paper proposes the idea of using solar energy-air source heat pump double heating system to cure the fresh tobacco leaves, so as to reduce the consumption of energy, protect environment and flue-cured tobacco efficiently, main contents being as follow:(1)Based on the need of energy conservation and environmental protection, combined with the climate environment and solar energy, puts forward a new system of solar energy-air source heat pump double heating systems to cure tobacco, and analyzes the characteristics and operating conditions of different technological process, and determine the appropriate system structure and operating mode.(2) According to the principle and built a demonstration plant of solar energy-air source heat pump double heating system to test. The results of experiment show that:under the typical weather condition, the system runs stably; the COP of heat pump can reach to 5.0; the solar thermal efficiency can reach to 50%.(3) Under different send air volume, different the position of supply air outlet and different area conditions, the numerical simulation of the temperature and velocity distribution in bulk curing barn was computed, and analysis the calculated results, then find the sound volume, and suggest changing the existing supply air outlet to improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results of numerical simulation provide the reference for the design of ventilating system of bulk curing barn.
