Opening holes on steel webs allows the facility of pipes to pass through the beams. As the matter of fact, the total height of a building can be reduced and the budget of the project is decreased as well, so the economic benefit is remarkable, especially for high-rise buildings. But when holes are created on steel webs, the deformation properties and the bearing capacity of the steel beam will enormously affect that whether the project will be successfully established or not. This paper will focus on this problem in order to find the best solution based on the reference articles and analytical statistics.First of all, this paper will calculate theoretically about the deflection of girder and simulate the finite element; meanwhile, the results will be compared. The model of webs girder of finite element about the open hole will be established and the influence of the steel deflection of perforation on open hole will be analyzed according to various geometric parameters, including the height, the hole width, the distance between the holes and carrier, the hole is whether twisted or not, the shape of the hole, the pressure point of concentrated force on the steel girder, and the span of steel girder. The analytical statistics showed that these geometric parameters of deflection on open hole of the steel webs is nonlinear influence, and have certain regular variation.Furthermore, the similar method will be adopted to calculate and analyze the deflection for the ribbed steel girder, then comparing the both conditions which are the normal steel girder and the ribbed steel girder, the result demonstrates that the ribbed steel girder can contribute to decrease the deflection of steel girder; meanwhile, this paper compare the horizontal—vertical reinforcement with the oblique strutting, and drew curves for various kind of ribbed steel girder, as the matter of fact, these curves showed that oblique strutting have prominent advantage to diminish the deflection of steel girder.Finally, finite element software ANSYS will be used to calculate the steel open hole nonlinear perforation, at the same time, several influential factors of bearing capacity have been analyzed, the statistics are composed of different factors with different deflection curves, consequently, the influential regulation of opening steel hole under various sort of factors have been concluded and summarized.
