Mn-Zn ferrite is one of the excellent soft magnetic materials for its high initial magnetic pemaeability and resistance. It is widely applied in electrics, computer, communication and office-automation as all inductor. And the sol-gel auto-combustion method is one of new methods to synthesize materials with efficiency, lowest energy and simple processing.Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4 nanoparticles with spinel structure were synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion method. The structure was characterized by XRD,SEM,TG-DTA,FTIR,MPMS-XL. The influence of PH on sol-gel transition was studied and annealed temperature. As a result, the best PH is 7 and annealed temperature is 500℃, when PH is 7, the amorphous gelatine can be produced, and the Mn-Zn ferrite oxide powders which form spinel ferrite.Mn(0.6-x0Zn0.4NixFe2O4(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.3,0.4,0.5) nanoparticles with spinel structure were synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion method in order to study structure and magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite nanoparticles. This article focuses on the impacts of the preparation with different doping content of Ni2+ by sol-gel auto-combustion method on Mn-Zn ferrite nanoparticles structure and its magnetic properties.XRD shows that adding moderate amount of Ni2+ enlarge ferrite particles in size, but excess doping make the particles size decrease. The results of the characterization of XRD and SEM are the same. The samples are single spinel structures with out other impurity. The average particle size is less than 25nm.Study of the impact of the magnetization and coercive force on the Mn-Zn ferrite in the condition of Ni2+ doped with different contents. The results show: with the increased amount of Ni2+ doped, the magnetization and coereive force are inereased than before. Magnetization and coercive force in the case of calcined are first inereased then decreases and then increases and then decreases in the law. When x=0.4 that they reached the maximum.
