The three mirror off-axis(TMA) optical system has no chromatic aberration,wide using wavelength range,high transfer function, less optical part and can be lightweighted,besides,the system structure is compact.It can be designed to a optical system which is long-foucs or large field or both as needed,thus it becomes the best choice of mapping camera.However,China's study on three mirror off-axis optical system is still far from foreign technology, what's more,the system still does not apply to the mapping.The subject studies on a specific targets mapping camera,chosses the scheme of overall structure of the camera,chooses and analyses the demand of the material of optical part, optical support structure, and fuselage components, design the structure in detail according to the material characteristics and processing property of each component, analyses and simulates the optical indicatrix and geometry characteristic parameters which cared by space mapping camera. The camera's optical indicatrix and geometry characteristic parameters, which under the mechanical and thermal environment of process, installation and debuging,detection,test,transportation and working et al,was simulated using dynimac simulation,and variable designed through computer.The image quality and geometric accuracy of the camera could meet the needs of mapping.This study mainly along the following aspects:Chapter 1.Introduction, introduces foreign current status of mapping camera, the actual demand for China's mapping camera and the future development trend,the overall target mapping camera was raised, then briefly introdued the main content of this article , purpose, meaning and the methods.Chapter 2 decomposes the overall target, refined the major technical indicators and general principles of structural design of mapping camera, generally introduces the main problems that needed to be resolved under specific indicators.Chapter 3 describes the contents of the camera research and design in detail. The key mirror components have beed verified through computer simulation,from the lightweighted and support design of optical component,the choice of main stuctural material,and the structure selected.The detailed design of camera focal plane assembly and focusing mechanism are also be done in this part,and analyzes the design of precision.Chapter 4 simulates and analyzes the whole camera.modeling the features of camera follows the preliminary design, and decides the boundary constraints and the load of the components, and analyzes the camera using FEM. Results are the practical criteria of structural design according to the design specifications. After analyzing the results of FEM analysis, modifies and optimizes the structure constant parameters, then determines the final design results.Chapter 5 summarizes the papers.Finally,thanks and reference section.
