In oil and gas development, the reservoir fluid (oil, gas, water) outflow from gas layer, pass through well bore and wellhead to ground gathering transportation system, due to temperature, pressure and changes of gas and water balance,it's easy to exist different degree of scaling phenomenon in the tubing inwall. Because wellhead tubing scaling will reduce pipeline's delivery capacity even suspend production, make oil and equipment premature scrapped, so the real-time examination well head drill tubing's scaling situation will have the vital practical significance.During this thesis research the author widely investigates and studies domestic and foreign regarding in the pipeline scaling thickness examination research foundation, chooses the X-ray examination image formation technology and the ultrasonic wave pulse echo as the filthy measures method, based on the X-ray image formation technology and the ultrasonic wave measured, proposes the X-ray testing and ultrasonic thickness detection system overall scheme and tests the feasibility of X-ray measure thickness through the survey simulation boiler scale work piece's experimental verification; Designs and manufactures the ultrasonic wave to measure that the filthy thick experiment system, completes the steel/cement compound work piece thickness examination which through this experiment system scaled to the self-made simulation, simultaneously uses correlation analysis method processing by the MATLAB software to gather the ultrasonic wave signal, has confirmed the test result well.The test result indicate that it's certain feasible to use the X-ray and in the ultrasonic wave method examination well head drill tubing boiler scale thickness, the paper research results have certain reference value and the instruction function to further studies the well head pipeline boiler scale thickness test equipment.
